$500pw fully furnished 1 bedroom apt with brisbane river views, think it was $420 unfurnished and cheaper if you were on the other side of the building which looked over the tennis court.
Not sure on current prices and there used to be a wait list but definitely worth a call!

Sorry, my mistake it was called Bridgeport not Bridgewater!!!!
