MAF Fees - are we being Ripped OFF
Hi, we arrived in Auckland in July this year. Paid over $300 in MAF fees to our container delivery company for the usual 10 minute inspection. I've just queried this fee with MAf who say our total fee came to £112 dollars, bit of a difference there.
I've asked the delivery company to explain the difference and it will be interesting to see what their reply is.
Did anyone else pay cash to their companies? Might be an idea to ask MAF to bill you direct perhaps!

If you think you have "overpaid" your MAF fee you might be interested in finding out how I got on.
