Saw my first Dinky Die tornado 2 years ago near Eldorado, Vic. Little pip squeak compared to the beautys in YankieLand.

were you here in Brisbane a few years ago with the Golf sized Hail stones - that's about the only time I've been a wee bit worried. They were smashing on the glass - I thought the windows were going to come through - Damaged car the lot here.

I don't find the storms here that bad too be honest with you, I always worry about falling trees and power lines mind you - the roots on some of these trees are easily uplifted - very shallow roots. usually houses which are hit the most are poorly constructed, or a light caravan like that. (last nights missed us - rained for about ten minutes, lightning - and that was that .
