Question Lost tax file number

Hi,
Not sure if anyone can help.
I got my aussie citizenship in 95 & left Oz in 98 (now dual Brit nationality).
Plan to return next year (assuming my hubbie gets his visa!) but can't find my TFN number. I threw out everything, like bank statements, can't even find my aussie driving license...
I know, but I thought I wouldn't be able to go back.
Anyone have any ideas on how to go about finding this info?
Thanks!

Thanks, I'll give it a look.

I notice you're in the northern suburbs. We're thinking of looking to live there ourselves. We'd like to be close to the beach (though not necessarily a beach side suburb) but don't mind if its a bit further out, if maybe we could get more for our $$$.

Any advice? We have 2 kids who will be 4 and 1 next year, so need to think about them & schools, child care, doctors etc.

Thanks

Never enough.

Trying to be conservative in the beginning & buy a smaller place cash, maybe around AUS$3/400,000 for a 3 bed. Do you think this is possible?

Thanks.

We're happy to be around 30 mins north of the city. Does this make it cheaper? Which suburbs do you suggest we look at? Have a couple of contacts in Perth but am a Sydney girl. We'll obviously have a good look when we arrive, but like to do a bit of research & it's easier trawling the real estate web sites with names of suburbs.
Talking of which, Ocean Reef sounds lovely, but what's it like in reality??
