If truth be told, this is the highest salary I've ever seen directly quoted on these boards. Often people quoting salaries will be taking some sort of drop even if the dollar figures are quite a bit higher.

You might even find this will go further than your Uk salary -(nows there's a first!). You may find many of your compatriots will not be able to keep up with you financially and some locals will be living in relative poverty. You might even have to keep a bit of a lid on it.. Even the local high earners might be pushing that:-)
