We have studios and apartments in Fremantle and will also be adding a 3 bed home to the site next week. The apartments and stusios are in great locations and the home has just been reno'd, the furniture is going in now.

Why don't you charge the landlords/real estate guys for finding them reputable tenants?

Because then i would be working for real estate companies and landlords and couldnt give my customers impartial advice or good service.
