Looking for a rental in Perth Hills ?
Ours will be free from mid April
4 x 2 very large in Roleystone. Lovely clean and tidy house with aircon.
Great primary school nearby, nice area, large block, 30 mins to city.
Rent is $380 per week, agents just increased it.
We move into our own around the 18th April. Cant remember how much the bond was but the agent will tell you.
It won't be put up at the agents for another week.
We've been very happy here for a year. Neighbours are lovely.
