Default Looking for advice working in Training in Melbourne

Does anyone work in training or a training related field in Melbourne? I'm finding it very frustrating trying to find out what the average salary is and if there are many jobs in Melbourne.

So my background... I have a diploma (3 years college) in electronics (Marine) with 5 years industrial experience. I have a further 6 years experience as a Training Specialist & have gone back to college to get my B.A. in Training and Education. I'm now on the 3rd year of the B.A. which I'll have completed before we move.

So any advice? I'm currently earning the equivalent of $65K Oz dollars. My questions are:

Thanks a million for the reply. I did a search for training jobs but I'm getting results mainly for Teachers and Childcare. Could send you more details if you'd be able to shed some light? Would be much appreciated

Hi Nick. Thanks for the post. Do you train in Emergency Response procedures? Is that for a hospital or in H&S? Any idea what the job situation in Training is like in Oz? $64K is a good wage. Whats your background and education if you don't mind me asking. IM me if you prefer.
