Looking for advice
Hello all,
I could really use some advice on our situation. I am a nurse who has applied to work in perth on a sponsered visa hopefully from july/august. I will be bringing my husband and 2 kids (12 and 14) Last year we were both earning £22,000 per year but after paying bills etc we ended up with no money at the end of the month! We both feel really downhearted with england at the moment and can't see any prospects for our kids, both of whom are very bright. We dread the cost of university education and there are no guarrantees that they will find work after that. Admittidley, we have got ourselves into finanacial difficulties and are on a IVA. We therefore have a bad credit rating at the moment. Would we have a better quality of life in Perth? Would our credit rating in england affect our life in Perth? We estimate that we will be coming over with £15,000 to our name but all our debts would be paid off. Will this be enough or will we be skrimping and scraping again every month in a different country? Hope someone can give me some good advice Diane |

The best person to answer this would probably be someone in Perth, as I daresay there are some differences between parts of the country, other than just house prices. Some things to get you started though; cost of shopping thread Living mortgage free Real Estate |
