Long term storage options in Perth

Long term storage options in Perth
Are there any companies offer longish term storage for smaller items around Perth? I guess something like those big yellow storage places there are in the UK, or even some kind of backpackers service?
I'm looking to store a suitcase for anything from a month to a year somewhere reasonably accessable but reasonably cheap.

theres a place called koala storage right next to the motorway, never used it but drive past it a lot, looks like a big place
