How sad is this,since using these forums I have downloaded a list of abbreviations for text talk and emoticons in order to try and understand what people are saying.
Mind you if i was to say that the patient in bed 2 had COPD with a high PaCO2 requiring FiO2 0.28 I think some people might have to look that one up using a search facility.
Each one to their own I suppose
