Apologies in advance if this has been discussed before, but has anyone seen 'Location Location'? It's an Australian Real Estate programme on Sky (Real Estate TV CH.250). I watched 4 episodes today and it's pretty good and in terms of seeing typical Australian properties in a range of Aus cities/towns. I'm not sure how old it is, but I reckon a couple of years or so by some pricing. They stated on one episode that you could expect to pay $650k for a typical property in Nedlands, Perth however www.reiwa.com.au shows Nedlands having an average price of $850k.

I watch that programme, its great, but I think its a couple of years old though so prices are a bit out!

SOOOOO glad i'm not the only sad bugger around here
I watch it every chance i get (when i'm not fighting for the control with the kids and hubby, darts is on you know
)I thought i was in a twilightzone of saddo's on my own!!!

There's another programme on at the moment called 'Hot Property' presented by Michael Caton, which is more current and nearly every week there is a home auctioned. If that's on SKY too it might give you more idea. Otherwise just check out www.realestate.com.au for updated prices.

The reason we decided to build, it's exhausting trying to get them down to the real price.
