Letton Percival marine insurance-am I correct...

..in thinking that the LP marine policy does cover:

1) total or partial loss or damage (excess allowing)
2) mould & mildew

and does not cover:
1) pairs & sets
2) mechanical or electrical derangement

all the insurance jargon & inventory listings are making my head spin:eek:

Thx:D

It doesn't cover mould & mildew.

It just covers total or partial loss and damage.

They do now cover mould and mildew and pairs and sets on their new policy which is 1.6% instead of 1.53%.

I know what you mean about jargon, drives me up the wall.

Sarah,

who did you talk to at Letton Percival? If they now cover this, we'll go with them, but the policy document they sent me still excludes it. (But the woman I spoke to sounded very clueless.)
