Hi all

I am looking for a few good letting agents in the Gold Coast area of QLD, as we are moving to the Robina/Mudgeeraba area next month and want to rent a small family property. ANy names and recommendations would be great.

Almost all real estate agents handle rentals and there are more real estate agents in the Gold Coast than just about anywhere.

Just check the online real estate sites for rentals and you get the pick of them all. You don't want to limit yourself to what a couple of individual agents might have on their books. There are currently around 250 houses to rent in those areas right now - whereas an individual agent might have only a dozen to pick from.

Don't know first hand about agents there. I would walk into a few and see what they have on their books. Don't limit yourself to one agent.

I do sleep. It must be the UK/Oz time difference.

Maybe some others have epxeriences.

Do not use Jamar Realty who lets in that area. Also goes under the name Mark Cowper...the guy is a crook a bully and an under hand wanker!!
