Let me have the money honey :)
Hi Guys,
We have completed the sale of our property today, thank god thats out the way ... phew !!! don't want to do that again, er sell that is, we just kept thinking ''will it fall though or not''
£££'s
Sold it for a silly price, now going to buy a street of houses in Perth,
Feel sorry for those returnee's as they will have shock when they see the price of property here in the UK, remember £'s not rubber dollars ...
Best of luck to everyone who's selling,

Congratulations! Only about 3 days to go until you start having nightmares: did I get enough?!!! YES ,YOU DID!!! Just be very happy you made a massive profit and have the wherewithal to set that dream in motion (whoops, we're not dreamers, are we?!) You probably timed the market pretty well.

as hubby pointed out to me, we've made more on the increased value in the house over the last two years than we are going to lose on the exchange rate.
Brilliant news that you've sold the house. Let's hope you start a chain reaction!

don't forget that the house price rise here is stalling and could go into reverse very easily
therefore those returning in the future may well wonder what all the fuss is about high house prices in the u.k
cheers
