it's great how they build them so close to each other. You can easily see the neighbours from virtually any window and that gives such a wonderful community feel.

Theres a place they build them that close here, Kawana Island, one block was advertised as lovely north aspect waterfront, yeah right it was up an easement filled with boats and cars as nowhere else to park them, right between 2 massive 8 M high houses was a 10 M wide :scared: strip of land FFS. Became claustraphobic just looking at it :scared: still for sale I think it was around the $600,000.

Kawana Island is a craphole. Why people would pay all that money to live there when there are awesome places close by for much less is beyond me.

It's the stupidity continuing, people are paying absurd prices still. This is deffo not my cuppa tea but you'd pay £700-800k around the town quay area in Southampton for less and believe me, that end of Soton is a craphole as well..........

I knew Town Quay well, back in the 70's. Had a boyfriend who had a furniture factory in an old warehouse right opposite the Red Funnel ferry terminal. No idea what it's like now, but it sure was nasty back then...
