Dammit, they lied to me again
They should have been 97.4% fat free according to the recipe, which is good enough for me to eat them guilt free

Ah well that's a whole 2.6% pure fat, yummy!!! Or roughly 5.5% by calories. Pretty low fat, then. I hope they were delicious!

They were/are - paid the price for the guilt (yes, I know, I said there was no guilt) of them last night though, with two hours at the gym. Will be up tomorrow morning, before most are awake to run 12km too. That should sort that 2.6% out
