Default Leafy areas in Peel region, WA

Hi,

We have applied for State sponsored 176 visa and can only live in Peel region, WA.

Appreciate if you could advise the areas closer to Perth which are in Peel region.

Going through various forums, I think Mandurah and Rockingham are popular places. We come from beach area so would love to live in a leafy area for a change.

Also the area should have a good High School and Primary school as we have kids going to school.

Man thanks

Mari

Hi Mari,

Baldivis in Rockingham is a good start. It used to be all rural but has been opened up for urban development. You will still only be around 10-15min from some very nice beaches and simular distance to Rockingham central.
