Dont want to sound like someone talking down Perth property as its
one of the best places on the globe if not they best

But someones makeing big bucks in for sale signes seems like
every man and his kelpie is selling there house at the moment
or should i say trying ?

I hope your right. If there is more on the market then the prices should come down.They are already taking longer to sell. But I do not see an influx of properties on Real Estate or Reiwa.

The key is not to buy on a downward trend just sit on fence
as thay could fall further not just Perth but a lot of capital citys
