Hi Emma. My hubby joined the ADF after 23 yrs in the British Army and we've been here in Australia since 2009. There are a lot of us already here and also in the process of applying. There is a Facebook page with everything you need on it. It's a great resource and we're all very friendly

We are going through it just now we are in very early stages of doing trade assement paperwork as i type.If we cant help or anything give me a shout ,am trying to join facebook page now,but also have one of my old bosses who done the move giving us info so happy to share x

Hiya,
Was wondering if anyone has had a date through for interviews in Oxford this year? Our paper work is still with the trade assessor so waiting to hear if through to interview. Our Documents were lost by DHL so everything has been delayed.

Thank you for your reply Jen. Yes I believe some dates have been sent out because our docs were delayed we thought had missed out but have been told still to be considered for this year so have fingers and toes crossed. I have sent you a message on Facebook as would like to join the group please
