At last we sold the House

At last we sold the House
God I thought we would never sell the house its been on the market forever but after we was getting prices form cash buyers as a last resort we got a buyer, Ok his offer is 25k less than it was on the market for 
but it was better than the cash buyers who all came in under 40k less 
but the buyer needs to move in the next four weeks so it looks like we will get to oz before well before Christmas 
Ok we only have four weeks to try and sort every thing out before we move but we do have a lot of partying do.
So hope to see some of you in Brissy in the near future

Congratulations on the sale of the house.
We're heading out to Brisbane on the 27th November, thats if our sale of our house goes to plan and no hiccups. keep us informed if all goes to plan in 4 weeks

Well done for selling, mum in law just sold their place in the Uk and the paper work was done and completed in 3 weeks. Their buyer was deperate, the solicitors said its the fastest they have ever done a sale/purchase.
They arrive saturday!!!

Congrats!! You lucky so and so!! Ours has been on the market forever. Maybe you don't want to move to Oz in the end, Ireland is an attractive destination these days. I know of a fab house in Kinsale!!!!!
