At last....we`ve exchanged!!
At long last we have exchanged today...THANK GOD!!! move date is next Friday, after all the ups & downs of selling I cant wait

Great news sue wish we could get from second base. Had 2 offers on house and they have both backed off first one wouldnt get in touch to arrange survey and second one decided bedrooms not big enough i hate this selling lark one minute your up next minute your down

Thanks guys for good wishes, we are so relieved...will defiantly have plenty tonight
Its has been so stressful, house first went on in October... had 1 sale fall through and this one has had a few moments

you do here of problems even after exchange :scared:Hope not... we will start to move stuff out on Tuesday as we are doing the move ourselves...'we`ve got a house just for 2 months' then will be going from there.
