My last day today at work - been there 16 years - feeling a bit sad but feeling more happier about my new life in Oz. 6 weeks to go.

Good luck, hope the move all goes well for you. I gave up work last month and have been chilling ever since!!!! We are off in 5 weeks to Brisbane and can't wait now

All the very best of luck. I'm both looking forward to and dreading that day both at the same time. We are on a five month countdown. we fly out to Oz tomorrow to activate our visa's and start our recci around the gold coast.

My OH's last day at work today too!!! I finished on 18 June but been busy ever since with sorting etc!! We are off on 1 August - that's only 12 more sleeps!!! OMG!!!!

Thanks for all your well wishes - just finished work for the last time here in UK. Very mixed feelings at the moment but I know that our life in Oz is hopefully going to be alot better than here!!!! I'll update week after next when our container arrives. OMG
