At last!!!!!
Hi I have not been on the forum for a while because I was feeling a touch fed up.
BUT at long last we have a buyer for our house. we have had to come down in price quite a bit, but there is no chain and we could be moving to Brisbane in the next 4 - 6 Weeks yippee
Now I have to figure out where to start, there is sooooo much to do.
We are absolutely chuffed to bits, so i'm off to the pub tonight to celebrate

You sound exactly how I did when we were selling our house in the uk and we had to reduce in price, I stopped posting for ages I was so fed up, although when I saw the prices of the houses here in nz I was beginning to wish we hadnt reduced quite so much. But you just cant tell and its all very well in hindsight you just have to go for it and not look back
