large new shopping centre opening Perth?
Hi there, someone mentioned that the largest shopping centre NOR is being built at the mo, any ideas where this will be....sorry bit of a girly question

Well there's loads of building work going on next to Lakeside, Joondalup.

NOR is 'North of the River'.....new shopping centre is supposed to be the biggest so would be larger than whitfords....maybe just be a rumour

Yes,
It is Lakeside in Joondalup, once finished it will be the largest covered shopping centre in the southern hemisphere.
I have heard Myers may be moving in there but it is just a rumour. By and large the standard of shops there is not good, but I would imagine many will be forced out by rent hikes.
