LAFHA Cancelled, reduction in rental prices?
Hi All,
I've been working in Sydney on a 457/lafha for 2 years and I'm in the process of looking for a new unit due to the reduction in my salary. Which is fair enough.
I was thinking that there must be many others in the same situation as me. Has anyone noticed a drop in rental prices in popular ex-pat suburbs such as Manly, Bondi, Lower North Shore? It surely must have a knock-on effect.

probably not a sufficient proportion of renters claiming LAFHA to make a difference, its all supply & demand really.
