Ladies - any-one a member of Curves International?
Hi,
Just wondering whether any of the ladies have joined a Curves group over there. www.curvesinternational.com, I joined up here in Ireland some time ago and find it great exercise, and I hate exercise!! Were you able to transfer your service fee over from UK to Oz? I know they say if you're on holiday you can go to any session around the world but it doesn't mention if you move permanently. Any ideas?
Thanks
CK

Hi, yes I am a member but I joined up over here. We have had a lady transfer from Vancouver and we get visitors from other parts of the world as well. One member was on holiday in Hawai last week and she even went to Curves over there! I doubt you will have any problems.

Hi! I'm not a member and had never heard of it but it does look interesting!
Anyone recommend it?

I can highly recommend it - it's so quick and easy, I go during my lunch time and don't come back red and sweaty like I would from a regular gym. It's like circuit training, you just do a short exercise at each station and keep moving. A few of my friends have lost over 2 stone doing it over a few short months. It's great for toning up too. Worth giving it a go.
