Hi Guy's & Gal's

I am hoping to immigrate to Australia and am thinking about going to Victoria,I have been in contact with a company that might be interested in employing me and have told me to come and see them if when and I get there.
This company is in Morwell, Victoria. To me this looks like a nice place to live with beaches for the summer close by and skiing in the winter also not that far, does anybody know much about this area? Property prices? local entertainment? Anything?
