Default Knives on emirates

Just returned from our reccie to oz.Was amazed to find that we got given stainless steel knives and forks on our flight from Dubai to Singapore and vice versa.Plastic ones for the other flights.Security at Dubai consisted of one guy waving hubby through the dedector whilst it bleeping and the woman on the x ray machine with her back turned to it having a good old chin wag.Speaks volumes, don't it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That was hubby's reason for choosing to fly with emirates.A pretty good airline but they couldn't/wouldn't do sick children. My 8 year old was sick all the way from Dubai to Brisbane.Couldn't even get a sick bag from the crew. You can tell these people don't have kids of their own!!!!!!!!!
