Hi girls, the forecast is looking very fierce for Tuesday, 37 degrees on tonight's news. That might be a bit hot to meet outside. Any suggestions?

Hi not sure of indoor places around there I'm afraid...anyone know of anywhere? Only other place I can think of is Heathcote in Applecross as it has the cafe but its still outside so not any different really!!!

Hi, I think anywhere outside is just going to be too hot. How about just meeting for an iced coffee and milkshakes for the kids (if they're old enough). Sorry, that's all I can think of for tomorrow - the heat scrambles my brain.

Hi, I might be busy next Tuesday, celebrating the first day of the school year (now that some of you have met my boys, I'm sure you understand). I just remembered another place for you to meet that's great in hot weather: Waterlands. It's great for babies and small kids, with several really shallow pools, a deeper pool for bigger kids, grassy areas, playground and a kiosk. It's off Peninsula Road in Maylands and is run by Bayswater council.
