Kindy / Childcare Fees in Brisbane
Hi guys,
After some advice please... Have searched various threads but would be keen for some up to date info. Will be transferring to Brisbane at the end of this year. Looks like we'll be living in the Bayside area. Our daughter will be 15 months old and we'll need fulltime daycare for her. Can anyone give me a ballpark on what the weekly or monthly cost is likely to be? Or the cost per term if that's easier?
We'll both be working fulltime so presume we won't get any Rebate but if anyone knows differently would love to hear. Likewise if anyone has any good tips for childcare centres in the Bayside area.
Thanks guys

From 3 onwards it usually stays the same until they leave for school unfortunately. It's a shame really, no one wants they're kids to get older, but when it means a saving of $2k a month it's hard not to

Hi we are in Manly and pay $66 per day for our son at motherduck (excellent place).
You still pay for public holidays and food isnt provided.
If you have pr you can get childcare rebate upto 50% upto a limit of $7500 - not sure how it works as on a 457 we dont get anything.. Thankfully after losing lafha in october our son starts school in January ...
Feel free to message if you want any further advice on the bayside
