KETTLEBELL - stockists?
 

Hi everyone, bit of a random question, but anyways, that's pretty typical for me. Anyhoo, I've been using KB's for quite some time now and then, during my trip back to the UK last month I attended a few classes and was so impressed at how many exercises you can do with just one KB! The weight and cm's have been falling off me, so ideally I'd like to invest in my own set of KB. Does anyone know of any decent stockists, anywhere between Toowoomba and Brisbane would be the most suitable for me to go. Ideally I don't want to spend a clean fortune, thus my not ordering online, HEAVY PACKAGES!!!

so jenny, what is a KB? just googled it but am none the wiser! is it like a weight? BTW - you're looking fab - half the girl since i met you in O'Malleys :)

My DH recommended Kettlebells Australia but he said the cartage costs were quite high - there is this one SouthsideFitness - Kettle Bells which looks reasonable. The DH and son have been afficionados for aeons

They are brilliant, I did 20 gym/KB classes during my UK trip last month and managed to shift 1.5 pounds and 6.5cm in just over three weeks! Just one 8kg KB could make you toned and fit as, if you let it haha

YAYYY JUST MANAGED TO FIND A LOCAL SHOP SELLING THEM! $38 for an 8kg KB and I've named him Kevin! EXCITEDMUCH.COM.AU? Only did a Bodybalance class earlier so once I get back from the vets I'm gonna do my own wee at home workout! WOO HOO! :cool:
