I thought it would be incentive for me too but I'm just bone idle so not much exercise done and still eating!

Cheers for the luck, should be Ok just checked by BMI and it says 27.06 which is apparently a healthy weight, I still say I look fat though!

Here is a picture of one, but I got it off the internet, and it doesn't look too appetising

The ones we had, we got at 'Ali babas' in the Goldcoast. They were absolutely delicious! Not full of fat like in UK.

Firstly, the meat was put on a flat round thing, that was made out of the same stuff as pita bread.

Then salad, and garlic sauce (if desired) was added

Then the whole thing was rolled up, and put in between two hot plates (bit like a sandwhich toaster) and it was heated/toasted (even the salad!)

yummmmmm

There is a restaurant chain called Alibaba, they make the kebabs like what your talking about. Extremely delicious!!!

P.S. I will be heading off tonight to Oz for a kebab would anyone like me to bring them back something?

Here we go Bridie,
you asked for it.

Here's the very kebab I just ordered and demolished for dinner! I did chicken out of taking a camera out to do it, so I bought it home instead

It was quite tightly wrapped so easier to eat while still in its foil, but I unwrapped it so you could see what was in it on the photo.
It had houmous, tabouli, lettuce and tomato as well as loads of chili sauce that dribbled all over the place - good job I did bring it home with me.

Gorgeous it was!
