just my 2 cents worth
you will hear alot about front loading etc-take this advice its good advice.things like medicals etc although valid(i believe for 6 months)police forms etc are all great things to have out of the way and in the application when lodged.get EVERYTHING certified and make sure who ever does it clearly cerifies every page
outside of that it is a question of hassle/convience.
