Just Sold (hopefully!)

Just Sold (hopefully!)
Had our first viewers on Monday who came back on Tuesday and put in an offer which was too low. They came back today with a higher offer and we have accepted! They are due to exchange on their sale so want to move in by the end of May. This is too good to be true! Fingers, legs, toes and everything else crossed!

We are going on the 23rd June as we have to be there by the 4th July when the other half starts work. A lady of leisure I will be

Thanks everyone. It does happen in the end. we are just lucky at the moment as no other houses for sale like ours and we are in a really good catchment area for a local school which has a long waiting list.
