Lets hope this time we have a smooth sale.
There was no chain last time the woman just changed her mind 2 weeks before completion!!!
Do feel happy again though, its amazing what a phone call can do.

Yes I was on a happy cloud yesterday when I got the phonecall. It is a brill feeling knowing that something is going right for you. We just need to know now when the visa is coming so that we can get organised...

We had a couple came round last night, really enthusiastic and said they'd speak to the agent today.... nothing.
Got another couple coming tonight.
Wish people wouldnt be over enthusiastic though as it just gets your hopes up...

I'm sure you will hear something soon bridie
there is so many houses up for sale (well around here anyway) and there is still people buying but they have such a huge choice now it just takes the right one to walk through your door
if you don't get offers don't worry it doesn't mean there's anything wrong with your house just there is so much competition out there...well i'll just keep telling myself that any way
