don't know about anyone else but mine has got worse. shouldn't be long before we exchange on the house but have no idea for completion, sorting the rubbish out at the moment have a completed forward contract, shippers coming to give quotes soon, no flights booked and all the rest of the stuff that has to be organised in what could be less than six weeks :scared: :scared:

Thanks one and all - Well today at work was interesting (oh and thats the reason for the early post - I start work at 6.45:( ) I told the miserable old gits who sit behind me and for once they were absolutely speechless :D I have got the bubbly nice and cool now so will be enjoying that and toasting everyone of you - Bix, hubby is actually being driven to distraction as the only thing that keeps coming out of my mouth is 'weve got a visa', weve goat a visa', weve got a visa' poor love. Well better go and cheer up my mum, just told her and she is sitting in the other room not to happy:rolleyes:
OOhh and just a quick thanks to everyone who has answered my sometimes daft questions - It is hard going without an agent but with the support on here it makes things 100% easier.

I was just them same, kept just blurting out "we've got a visa" :o It's quite sad really isn't it that a little pinky/purple sticker can make us so happy.

Your Mum will be fine once it sinks in, she's probably just realised that it is all real and not just a dream. Give her a big hug and tell her how much you love her :)

I remember the daily ritual of checking the mail every morning just for my ACS skills assessment. It was torturous and when it came it was a huge relief. Our visa grant came out of the blue when we were least expecting it.
