To answer you seriously...

I'm unsure whether it contains Brighton, Jindalee etc etc.

It is a 2005 version so they must be covered somewhere. That area is being developed so quickly now, it must be quite difficult keeping on top of it all.

Quite. the Perth metro area has 200+ new street names added this year. Probably the same yearly for a while the way new land subdivision developments are going lately.
