Default Junk Food Ban

I hope that Australia may soon follow suit. I get so fed up with the rubbish given to kids. Luckily our school has just started bringing in pasta dishes on Wednesdays. There is an extra charge compared to the nuggets and chips, but at least it's on offer.

I hope that it starts to bring down the obesity in children. Now we just need Macdonalds to follow suit

Thanks for the PM ABC. I can see the valid points for both sides of the argument. Maybe the answer is not to ban the food but to educate kids on healthy eating and let them decide. Although some parents and teachers have to take some of the responsibility for what goes into their kids lunch boxes / meals.
