Joondalup area dentists/opticians/accountants
Recommendations please. I am trying to catch up on all those things I have neglected to do since we got here two years ago.
For all three I need someone I can see in the evenings (5.30 onwards). The last two do not need to be cheap especially as medical insurance will pay for it but I don't need anything fancy either.
Accountant, someone who does house calls to sort my tax return out.
Dentists - check up and maybe scale and polish
Opticians - check up plus new glasses and prescription sunnies.

Top class dentist ......... Dr Farnaz Dehghan at Currambine Dental Surgery (next to Oscars Restaurant near Cinema complex. phone 9304 0300 (try see her...... not an understudy)

Never been to a dentist or optician since i've been here, but as for Accountant....well i've gone through 2 already in 16 months. Sacked both of them ,damn useless. I'm on my third, in Mindairie. She comes to my house to do my books.
I hate tax and GST, but that's the way it goes i guess.

Made an appointment with the dentist, but Farnaz on maternity leave and they dont know when she will come back. Got an appointment with Dr. Gary Mack. Any feedback please.

Don't know if this is too far away but Burman is my dentist and very good and Foster is the kid's dentist and really good too.
Foster is always on the TV whenever a news item comes up about teeth it's him they interview. I think the mum's love him because he's so good with kids and looks like a male model...

Ok, I got one of the 3 done tonight. Tax. I went to Elaine Mullen on Grand Boulevard. I was very impressed that I could ring up on Tuesday arvo and get an appointment last thing the next day - and just a week before the deadline. I was also very impressed with the young lady who did my tax
For $125 ($50 back next year) she turned a payment into a receipt and saved me c $180 so worth it, just about. I was also quite chuffed that I had made an attempt at it myself and other than the extra things she pointed out I could claim for I was only $4 different and that was due to exchange rates on UK professional subs. So I will be able to do it myself next year. I wonder if I will be able to do my own dentistry next year after seeing how it is done too?
