Hi, does anyone know any good websites in OZ that have jobs aimed at immigrents offering visa sponsorship. I would rather have a job before I left for Brisbane, not even sure if I would get in without a job? Looking for office work, management or sales. Or if anyone knows of any companies over here as well that are in OZ, so I could approach them here first?

It sounds like you have not done much research. To get sponsored you still need all the same things you need for a skilled independant visa, so if you don't think you could get one of those you may want to contact an agent to find out.

How are you going to move to Brisbane if you don't have a visa? If you are looking for a sponsored visa, you would need to apply to companies and hope that one of them needs someone badly enough to sponsor for admin workers.

Take a read of www.immi.gov.au to see if you qualify for a visa at all. There is a wizard on there that you can fill in to see what you can get.
