Job offer!!!
My oh has been offered a job and we dont have the visa yet!!
Does this seem a good offer:
$50,000. + 9% superannuation payment
2007 Holden Ute with tray that can be used for reasonable personal use.
Mobile phone
Hours 8 - 4.30
Some overtime.
Working mostly in the Perth metro area.
I am a hairdresser so should find work quite easily.
BTW he is an engineer and fixes maintance dry cleaning and laundry equipment.
Honest replies only please.

You will no doubt get some replies telling you that its not possible to live earning less than $100k, some very well paid people on here.
You should take that but also keep your options open.

its a good start, especially if you live within your means,
long term, i you want a mortgage and have no cpaital, you will definately want more.

I would be working also but we do not want to take the first job offer if it is a bit rubbish.
But i think it sounds quite a good offer.
We should be able to get a mortgage for a reasonable property on this and my wage hopefully.
