13/03/04 - PCC requested
29/03/04 - PCC received
01/04/04 - Medicals done
06/04/04 - Cardiologist appt
22/04/04 - Second cardio appt
24/04/04 - Application sent to AHC
01/05/04 - request for more info & meds from AHC
05/05/04 - more info sent
13/05/04 - meds sent (after 5 phone calls
)
12/06/04 - APPLICATION GRANTED, dated 10/06/04
So happy, haven't had internet for a while and been dying to get on here and thank-you all!
I'm off to face the parents now
