:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup: Wow what a relief. Just got our student visa through tonight ... talk about cutting it fine!!

My course starts at the end of September. We've a sale agreed on the house, given notice in both our jobs, and I was in work tonight for my last night of work when hubby & kids phoned to scream down the phone at me "We got the visa". I know they're supposed to be the "easy" visa, but our meds were sent to Sydney which delayed it being processed so we've been living on our nerves for the past couple of weeks.

So phew. Basically :D

We have been here 4 weeks now, came out on student visa as well, the paperwork might be easier, but the emotions and taking kids to a new country without family and friends is the same, whatever visa you have.:unsure:
