Its all happening....
Had the estate agents in and couldnt believe the price they gave me......its finally going on the market this tuesday, even got the estate agent down to 1%.

Wow whee Sandra!!! Hope it all goes well... have done some tiling this weekend, but looks like we won't have ours on the market 'till June

Keeping my fingers crossed you sell quickly ... its a nightmare when the house doesnt sell for ages. All that keeping everything tidy is exhausting
