Well - we booked our flights last night for our validation trip. Flying from Heathrow with Emirates on 22 September for 2 weeks staying with hubby's uncle. We ended up booking 2 seats and booking a cot - we better get those seats there or we could be in trouble!!!! Hubby's uncle has managed to sort out high chair, car seat, cot and buggy for in Perth so we are sorted for when we are over there as well - huge relief on our part (for anyone who read my previous thread on travelling with a 14 month old you'll know what I mean!)

Then to make things even more real today I posted the passports off to get the visa'a put in them - how much does special delivery cost?????? £8.40 to get them there and back!!!!! Still - I suppose when you think about all the other money we've forked out in the process £8.40 is nothing!!!!!

Can't wait to get back to Perth and see what our life will be like when we finally move next year.
