I'm having hypnotherepy and its working still got a bit spooked with the bog roll huntsman just then but overall much better.
I picked a spider up the other week (I had gloves on) but still there is no way on this earth I would have done that before.
I also lent on a wall next to a quite big one and had a conversation with it!
Give it a go its expensive but worth it if shes really phobic.
