Default Interparcel - question about packaging

I'm couriering some documents off this afternoon with DHL through Interparcel

Must I put the documents in an envelope or do they supply one?

When they collected our stuff I put the documents in a padded jiffy bag & they then put my envelope inside a DHL plastic envelope.

I put my doc. in a light weight cardboard box then into a jiffy bag.Interparcel/DHL were great, used DHL tracking number to follow the package on line.

Put mine in a jiffy bag, all sealed and the courier had to open it before taking it to check the contents were just paper!!.

Just put your dox in an sturdy, unsealed envelope. This is an EXCELLENT service BTW
