Internet shopping

Hi all,
Now this is probably a really dumb question but its one of the many that pop into my head in the early hours while I panic about the silly things of our big move!!
Can I access places like Amazon Uk whilst in Oz to have my lovely nephews presents delivered from the uk site to the uk rather than shipping things from Oz or sending money??
Sorry going a bit mental!!
Advice on what you guys already in Oz do in terms of things like Christmas presents for UK relatives very appreciated

Yes you can order most things from UK online stores here for delivery in the UK. We often order gifts for UK relatives from M&S, Amazon, Sendit etc.etc as well as purcashing things for ourselves. ( it's often cheaper to purchase onlne from England, even with postage included )

I also regularly send my mum flowers and gifts via the florist just around the corner from her house in Lancashire. ( I'm a good lad, I am )

Just watch postage if getting amazon to here, my folks paid a fortune to get some books to my son, if I had known it would have been cheaper to buy them here...

For books, search using http://booko.com.au/

Usually, http://www.bookdepository.co.uk/ is cheapest. Free delivery to Australia.

Amazon is often still cheaper, even with the postage on top, but I agree that Book Depository is usually (though not always!) cheaper, with the free postage.

I got the original Kindle Fire from the US - it's great.

Why would you buy one from the UK? They cost much more than US.

There are ways to get around this. Plenty of info on Google about how to do it.
