Hi All

We are emigrating to sunny Perth in late August / early September (subject to house completion date) from the UK and am interested to hear from anybody regarding good shipping / removal companies.

After all, you guys have been there & done it !

There seems to be so many and it's hard to know which ones are best.

Any info would be greatly appreciated !

we used independent freight - based in wakefield, they were very good, cost us approx 300 quid for 3 large boxes to ship over the shipment goes on volume as opposed to weight therefore we could have taken 10 boxes if we wished for the same price as long as it didnt go over the length, height etc restrictions.

It would be worth doing a search under some of the companies names ie. Crown, Excess and Anglo Pacific as these have all been discussed quite a lot in recent weeks.....giving you the good, the bad and the ugly!!
